I’m sharing my terrible online shopping experience as a warning to everyone. I truly believe this place is nothing more than an automated business that cares nothing about its customers. They are a fraud, ripping customers off for services that they charge for and do NOT provide. I paid for a $19.95 "next day delivery" fee, yet hours later, I received an email stating my order would take 3 business days. This blatant discrepancy and the complete lack of human intervention or genuine support is why I felt compelled to contact customer service and leave this review.
Customer: I paid for next-day delivery on my order, and I'm being told it will take 3 business days. Where is my next-day delivery? I paid $19.95 for a service you're not providing. CS Rep: I understand your frustration. I sincerely apologize for the confusion regarding the delivery timeframe. Let me look into your order immediately. Customer: Look into it? I've been through automated systems and emails trying to get this fixed. I want my $19.95 refunded now. The site said "eligible for next day delivery"—that means next day. CS Rep: I see the issue with your order details. We've processed a full refund for your $19.95 delivery fee. It should reflect on your statement within 3-5 business days. Again, my apologies for the miscommunication. Customer: So, I still don't get next day delivery, just a refund for a service you advertised and didn't provide. This is incredibly frustrating. CS Rep: While we can't expedite the existing delivery further, the refund for the shipping fee is our way of acknowledging the error in the advertised service.
The reason I left this review on the website is to hopefully prevent others from falling into the same trap of unfulfilled promises and abysmal customer service.
